TCC's Spring GALA, Flight 501 World Tour

After hosting a successful spring gala last year, the Turtle Creek Chorale is gearing up for Flight 501, its 2010 spring gala May 1st at the Dallas InfoMart.

An evening of non-stop fun, Flight 501 World Tour will feature complimentary wine and beer, hors d’oeuvres, family, friends, and entertainment. Guests are invited to dance in the aisles, roam the cabin and bid on spectacular items lining the runway from Dallas/Fort Worth’s favorite merchants for an in-flight silent and live auction. Join Co-Pilot Phillip Pierceall as he opens the bidding on items such as domestic and international round trip get-a-ways, jewelry, and gift certificates from local business, just to name a few!

“This year’s event finds us back at the InfoMart after several years of being away from this venue. We will have 400-500 silent auction items and a truly spectacular line up of live auction items and a new, streamlined checkout process!,” says Stephen Tosha, TCC Senior Executive Director. “The Turtle Creek Chorale Spring Gala is unlike so many fundraisers—it is like one, big, festive happy hour. Also, this year we rollout the Golden Ticket and it is creating a great deal of ‘buzz’. The winner of this drawing will be able to choose any live auction item before the bidding begins. A $100 ticket offers a 1 in 200 chance of winning!”

Flight 501 is the Chorale’s largest special event of the season. This annual fundraiser benefits the Chorale and enhances the ability to continue its mission to provide music to the community that is known for its innovation, diversity and artistic excellence.

New this year: The Golden Ticket! The purchaser of the winning Golden Ticket will have the opportunity to claim any of the live auction items before the bidding begins. Tickets sell for $100. Purchasers need not be present to win, but must pre-select one of the items printed on the ticket. The odds of winning the Golden Ticket prize are approximately 1 in 200!

Flight 501 will be held on May 1st with registration beginning at 5:30 pm. Doors open at 6:00 pm and the event ends at 10:00 pm. The Dallas InfoMart is located at 1950 North Stemmons Frwy., Dallas, Texas, 75207.

First-class seating is $100 per person and includes VIP reserved table seating, private bar and food service, express check out, VIP gift bag, and all coach ticket amenities.

Groups of 8 may reserve a table in the VIP section. Coach tickets are $50 per person and include superb hors d'oeuvres, complimentary wine and beer, music and much more.

Tickets may be purchased online at www.turtlecreek.org or by calling 214-526-3214.
