Season Subscriber Tickets

If you need to exchange your Season Tickets, please contact the Chorale ticket office to let us know what performance you are canceling / exchanging.

Season Tickets may not be refunded; however, you may donate your tickets back to the Turtle Creek Chorale for resale.

Individual Tickets

Individual Tickets may not be refunded.




General Merchandise Policies

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by turtlecreek.org for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging with either the original receipt or a copy. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail (if an email is provided) of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

turtlecreek.org does not accept returns of the following items:

  •  Items purchased from sellers other than turtlecreek.org.

  •  Damaged items (ie. water) not related to the creation of the original product.



Exchanges

If you received a faulty item fulfilled by turtlecreek.org, please return the item to the Return Mailing Address including the reason for return. The item will be exchanged for the same item and a refund for the return mailing cost will issued. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be given.

If you would like to exchange an item fulfilled by turtlecreek.org for a different one, please return the original, unopened items to the Return Mailing Address (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and fill the order for the exchanged item you wish to purchase.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our offices.



Gift Returns and Refunds

Items Returned by the Gift Recipient or the Gift Giver

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by turtlecreek.org for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging with either the original receipt or a copy.

Gifts Purchased from Third-Party Sellers

If you receive a gift that was purchased and shipped from a third-party seller (not turtlecreek.org), you will need to contact the seller directly about the return.

Undeliverable Gifts

The purchaser is refunded in cases when a package is returned to turtlecreek.org as undeliverable, whether the order was marked as a gift or not.



Items Purchased from other Sellers

Other Sellers

If the item to be returned was not sold by turtlecreek.org, you will need to contact the seller directly.

In-Store Merchant Returns

Items purchased from merchants such as Borders, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy or Borders are subject to the individual merchant's return policy.
